What You'll Do as a Mortgage Closer

Own the Closing Process

• Prepare all Closing Documents with accuracy, including balancing both the Initial and Final Closing Disclosure (CD)
• Ensure closing packages meet investor requirements and regulatory standards
• Safeguard timelines and deliver an exceptional customer experience

Communicate & Collaborate

• Actively engage with borrowers, settlement agents, loan officers, processors, and other internal partners
• Handle inbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries with professionalism and clarity
• Escalate issues when needed to maintain speed and service

Drive Results

• Execute daily work queues with precision and urgency
• Follow established procedures while maintaining compliance
• Support the business with additional related duties as assigned
• Represent the organization's culture and values in every interaction

We're looking for someone who is not only skilled, but passionate about creating a positive customer experience:

• Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
• Mortgage industry experience is required
• Closing experience preferred
• Strong understanding of regulatory standards and investor guidelines
• Exceptional attention to detail and dedication to accuracy
• Excellent communication skills-written, verbal, and interpersonal
• A customer-first mentality with a desire to help individuals reach their financial and homeownership goals
